Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including financial connections, transaction history, goals, and chat conversations will be permanently deleted.

Send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your Finly account:

Include in your email:

  • Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • Reason for deletion (optional)

Subscription

  • • Active subscriptions canceled
  • • No refunds for unused time
  • • Billing history retained as required by law

Deletion Timeline

Request Received

We'll send a confirmation email to verify your request.

Account Deactivated

Your account is immediately deactivated. You can no longer log in or access your data.

90-Day Grace Period

Your data is kept for 90 days in case you change your mind. Contact us within this period to restore your account.

Permanent Deletion

After 90 days, all your data is permanently deleted from our systems and cannot be recovered.
